Been busy building the new lower front arms - the old ones are cracked so I decided to beef them up (not as mad as the rears but..)
So I started with this 60x40x3mm wall

then drew out what the cuts and angles were going to be and chopped it all up

this is what they look like just prior to welding

and after welding

just need to weld in the end plates (need to get them laser cut first though )
